To setup your PCTMail Internet Connection:

To start the Internet Connection Wizard go to START, PROGRAMS, ACCESSORIES, COMMUNICATIONS & click on the Internet Connection Wizard .
2. Now choose the third option:
'I want to set up my Internet connection manually, or I want to connect through a local area network (LAN).'
To continue, click the 'Next' button
3. Leave the default selection as 'I connect through a phone line and modem'
Now click the 'Next' button.
4. In the field labeled Telephone number: Type the number supplied to you by PCTMail as your dial in for Internet access.
Now remove the tick from the box labled 'Use area code and dialing rules' by clicking once on it. Press the 'Next' button
* In this example the username is bobjones
5. In the field labeled 'User name:' type the Login ID : given to you by PCTMail.
In the field labeled 'Password' type the password as supplied to you by PCTMail.
TIP: The password must contain at least one number and can only be between 6 & 8 letters long.
6. Now type the name for your connection 'PCTMail' and click ‘Next' to continue.
7.Now you can setup your email account by choosing 'Yes' and click ‘Next' to continue.
8. You will now choose the option 'Create a new Internet mail account', and click on the button Next to continue 
9. Type any name you want other people to see when they recieve an email from you and click on the button Next to continue
10. Enter your FULL email address as given to you by PCTMail and click on the button Next to continue.
11. Leave the default setting for POP3
12. Now type the incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server; address as:
pop3.pctmail.net
13. Next, fill in the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: address as:
smtp.pctmail.net and click Next to continue.
14. Now type your email log on name, as supplied by PCTMail ,in the Account name: section.
TIP: This is NOT your full email address, but only the first part. Next, type your Password , as supplied to you by PCTMail, into the the Password field. Click the Next button to continue.
15. Click Finish button
